Payment

Full payment must be made at the completion of the job, unless alternative payment arrangements have been made at the time of making the booking. Credit card transactions attract a surcharge. Visa and Master card only.

Our Vehicles

Our Izuzu Pantech truck is able to comfortably carry 40 cubic meters and comes equipped with removal blankets and straps to protect your personal effects while on the road.

Minimum Charge

We charge a minimum of two hours and then in half hour increments thereafter.

Public Liability

We have Public Liability Insurance for your safety and the safety of our team.

Insurance

We do not offer comprehensive insurance for accidental damage of goods. All possible care is taken and we will repair or refund up to $300 per item that is damaged by us due to negligence. If you need comprehensive moving insurance it can be purchased through most insurance agencies.
